You agree not to use the platform to (a) engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, (b) attempt to circumvent security controls, (c) scrape, resell or misrepresent Fern Kapitvale content, (d) impersonate Fern Kapitvale or its team, or (e) publish content — including content produced under the affiliate program — that fabricates performance claims, omits required risk disclosures or violates applicable advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
All content on the site (text, design, logos, code, dashboards, analysis) is protected and belongs to Fern Kapitvale or its licensors. Registered users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal or, where applicable, professional research purposes. Affiliate program participants receive an additional licence to reuse designated content assets under the terms of the program agreement.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fern Kapitvale disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for losses arising from crypto market fluctuations, from actions you take based on informational content, or from technical failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update. If a change is material, we may notify registered users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
